To help us and for your protection, we keep detailed records of Play Point Transfers. All records are kept confidential. When purchasing our Play Point Transfers we take SCREENSHOTS of starting and ending amounts in your username.
Your I.P. address is recorded with every purchase.
These records can be used for credit card companies and/or court of law for proof of purchase.
Refund Policy for The Chip Station
Due to the nature of the business we cannot accept returns after the points have been placed in your play point account.
You may at any time before point transfer has taken place,
cancel your point transfer purchase by emailing us or using Live Chat. Please provide all original information you ordered with. This will assure your order was cancelled properly.
For any reason due to any fault of ours, you cannot login to your username, your purchased points transfer will be transferred into a new account for you.
You have 12 hours after receiving your email that your transfer has been completed to file a dispute with us, either through email, our contact us form or our Live Chat.
We will need to confirm that the points are not in your username, and then we will transfer as many points into your username as originally purchased. Our goal is to satisfy every customer. We will do everything we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your point purchase.
Do not change your password on your username, if contacting us about any issues, as we will need to log in to your username to help you.
